Impact Program for students (K-12) is a series of interactive sessions that are designed to motivate students and equip them with tools to achieve their goals and lead healthy lives. Each session focuses on increasing self-awareness and processing student's beliefs as they learn how to effectively manage their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With our person-centered approach students are able to discover their own solutions through fun interactive exercises and lively in-group experiences.
