Culturally Responsive Coaching, LLC is a comprehensive consultation firm, led by Courtney Elder M.A., a native of Dallas, TX, graduate of Greater Head Start of Dallas and the Greenhill School. He is an outpatient psychotherapist who has served as a lead trainer for the National Center on Health and Office of Head Start national trainings for over fifteen years. Courtney has extensive experience in professional staff development trainings and always brings passion, humor, and joy to his events.
