Impact Program for students (K-12) is a series of interactive sessions that are designed to motivate students and equip them with tools to achieve their goals and lead healthy lives. Each session focuses on increasing self-awareness and processing student's beliefs as they learn how to effectively manage their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With our person-centered approach students are able to discover their own solutions through fun interactive exercises and lively in-group experiences.

Week 4 - Stages of Change
Week 5 - Setting Boundaries
Week 6 - Basic Needs
Week 7 - Creating Meaning: Focusing and Listening
Week 8 - Conflict Resolution
Week 9 - SMART Goal Setting: Specific, Measurable, Action-Based, Realistic, and Time-Based
Week 10 - Moderate to Vigorous Activity (MVPA)
